Pick of the day

I picked up these gorgeous statement sunnies from Newlook for only £4.99.

The floral pattern on the geek chic frame make them bang on trend for this coming season.

I’ll be wearing my retro shades throughout the festival season and I’m sure they will be making an appearance at the beach too.

Pick Of The Day

My pick of the day is this gorgeous Motel Rocks Motel Floral Jumpsuit from

I love how the stunning pink rose pattern pops out of the black jumpsuit and the crossover detail on the front.

For only £40 it’s a must have this summer season.

Team it with an over-sized bag and sandals for a casual day-time look this summer.

Or, add a chunky black belt and some sexy heels for a killer party outfit.

Are you brave enough?

Whilst everyone else is celebrating Lady Gaga’s birthday I have decided to celebrate her fashion bravery. She is well known for her outrageous fashion choices and darish looks. But, the look I am going to focus on today is the  pantless look. Kate Moss, Rihanna and Sacha Parkinson have all been seen showing off their gorgeous figures in big pants but Gaga’s version takes it a step further and leaves even less to the imagination (if thats even possible). Feeling hot and bothered? No sweat. Today, M&S launched their new Dry Extreme shirt which uses Smartweave technology to avoid embarrassing sweat patches, keeping you dry and smart all day.

This isn’t just a shirt… It’s a scientific revelation. The new shirts have been engineered using the latest in fabric technology to provide men with a high specification, performance garment. They are designed to avoid sweat patches forming by cleverly drawing perspiration away from the skin and into the inner fabric and dispersing it as vapour. The outer fibres of the shirt reflect moisture and prevent discolouration.

Fashion is a Luxury

March 15, 2011 Leave a comment

On this day in 1949 clothes rationing ended in Great Britain. And I couldn’t be more thankful that it did. Can you imagine only being allowed one new outfit every year? Could you sacrifice your love for fashion for the sake of your country? It sounds like torture to me. But, with a country at war clothing is never going to be a top priority. Read more…

With yet another wave of flu spreading through halls its no surprise that we are living the lounge loving lifestyle. Brilliantly dull and depressing. This film had the makings of something great, starring Matt Damon, Clint Eastwood directing and Steven Spielberg producing. It could have been fantastic. Unfortunately, my high expectations let me down. I guess if I would have seen the film with no expectations this review would have been a lot kinder. Read more…
